hold fast

Description

Hi my name is Mike. Before Christ, I had a void that I just couldn't fill on my own. I was trying to find contentment, purpose, and love in many different places but at the end of the day, never finding a constant that gave me true hope. I entered into a relationship with Jesus Christ (God) about 3 1/2 years ago. For a long time I had trouble believing in God but I realized my inherent brokenness and need for Him and that He loves me the deepest...far beyond what I can even comprehend. I acknowledged my need for Jesus to be my Lord and Savior and invited Him into every part of my life, to walk with Him, to follow Him. I have come to believe in what Jesus says in John 14:6 "Jesus *said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me." He has changed my life eternally! He is my hope, my peace, my comfort, my salvation, my joy. And God gave me dance. So now I dance for Him. And while I love dance, my main calling, however, is always to be obedient to Him and that is to love Him with all my heart, soul, strength, and mind, and my neighbor as I love myself (Luke 10:27). I'm not perfect at this by any means but there's Grace given by Jesus Christ to keep the [Love Walk]. It's a joy for me to express and communicate a story through the gift He's given to me, dance.
