This week Ray is joined by 5 guests from the world of MMA. We start in the UK with WMMA semi pro fighter Liana Tunmer, she talks about getting into MMA and working her way up the ladder. We then have UKMMA semi pro fighter Dean Simmonds, he is currently 5 and 2 abd he talks about his succes so far and his continuing growth in MMA. Next up is Cage Warriors Jack Mason, he is coming off a big win, he talks us through the fight and where he goes from here. We then move over to the US and speak to XFC lightweight Shah Bobonis, he will be fighting at XFC 24, he gives his views on his growth in the division and he also tells us he has his eyes on the Lightweight Title. Our final guest is UFC veteran and Team Alpha Male head coach Duane 'Bang' Ludwig, he talks about his personal career highs, turning Team Alpha Male into KO artists and also his planned return to the Octagon.
