Can You Eat Anything And Still Lose Weight? I have been into fitness for a long time. I eat clean 6 days a week and on the seven day I eat what I want. I have lean proteins, such as grilled chicken, lean pork, lean beef with a good carbohydrate, such as brown rice, whole grain pasta, and baked potato. I also drink protein shakes. 6 days a week, I would eat that. On the 7 day, I will go have a good ole juicy cheeseburger, maybe some ice cream. I do have cravings sometimes during the week. I love sweets, so I would have whatever sweet treat I want with a protein source. If I had a taste for a Snicker bar, I would only eat half or a bite of it with some kind of protein. Eating sweets with a protein source lowers the glycemic index and less fat gets absorbed. Anyway if you have any questions, just let me know.
