My friend's and I decided to try "exerballing" - trying to roll across multiple exercise balls on your stomach! It was awesome. Nutri-Grain was kind enough to hook me up with a Go-Pro to film some outdoor activities. I thought this would be an awesome chance to try exerballing for a second time with some of my friends.
