Thanks Jake What Is A Bag Of Milk And Healthy Foods For Weight Gain I had some requests from the United States to show what a bag of milk looked like. Similar to a gallon of milk in Canada the milk comes in a bag of 4 liters. Here I display what a bag of homogenized milk looks like by showing the bag of milk opening a bag and pouring a glass. Homogenized milk or whole milk is excellent for weight gain because it has so many nutrients, calories and protein. Whole milk or homogenized milk I find to be delicious and my favorite weight gaining nutrition source. I also show all natural peanut butter and explain that the best kind is without the salts and sugars and where the natural oils float on the top and need to be stirred into the peanut butter. All natural peanut butter has high calories, essential oils and protein. Finally I show 4% or full fat cottage cheese. This type of cheese is great for protein and nutrition for weight gain as well. Different to loosing weight where you want to have the calories coming in less then the calories going out, with with weight gain you want the calories coming in to be greater then the calories going out. I only want healthy nutritious foods and am not interested in high calorie junk foods like fast food. While junk food does have high calories it is not nutritious and make you feel bad after it initially tastes good. For long run ways to successfully put on weight and maintain it the best focus is on high nutritious and high calorie foods.
