Description

All Day – Every Day Explore the synergy of identical twins Emily & Rebecca and the special relationship they have. This short film was shot on location as part of a stills shoot and filmed entirely on a vintage Super8 film camera. Shooting candidly throughout the day on a vintage super8, this movie was created with a filming style that captures the freedom, spontaneity and youthful innocence with authenticity and character. Be transported back to a time when it was commonplace to enjoy simple things like a road-trip to the coast. Watch closely, you can feel the love and understanding they share. We sought to capture a moment in time but instead captured their closeness and a connection that only twins have and share... all day, every day. Filmed, Directed and Edited by – David Collier A collaboration with Stephen “Sven” Rogers. Featuring: Emily and Rebecca White Location – Sydney, NSW Australia Film and processing by – NANOLAB –nanolab.com.au Filmed on: Kodak Vision 3 50D colour negative film. Elmo 1000s Super 8 Camera (man. 1976). This type of motion picture quality is a product of its analogue authenticity. All dust, scratches and aged picture quality are intentional and real, we prefer authenticity over manufactured/digital. Film is alive.
