Week 5 Drill of the week: combo of upper body heavy ball glove hand and quick foot lower body rotations down the ladder. REMEMBER: glove hand pulls are quick from the receiving position to the ear and our lower body for this drill we want to land both feet at the same time and in a good athletic position. Our goal is to get to a good throwing position as fast as we can.
