The adidas EQT Support 93 has been around for a while but it looks like the model is getting some collaboration love from a few boutiques. For the latest look, Packer Shoes pairs the model with the original look of the adidas SL80. The colors on the upper, the blue, red, and yellow or gold are all based on the original colors of the SL80 and actually fit the EQT Support very well. These are set to release on October 31 at a bunch of different boutiques for $140 and a portion of the proceeds will go toward the Wounded Warrior Project and The Bradley Carbone Recovery Fund, an adidas employee that was injured in a snowboarding accident. Nike Sportswear has taken a lot of liberty with Penny Hardaway’s footwear in the recent years, but for the latest makeup of the Air Max Penny 1 they are going back to OG status. Seen in a mostly black upper, the Penny 1 return in the game royal colorway that Penny wore in the 1996 All-Star game. The marble swoosh features a cracked graphic and the pinstripe tongue looks extra clean. For you OG sneakerheads, and possibly some of you less newer sneakerheads, that are trying to get your hands on a pair, they release on Friday for $140. Derrick Rose put up some fantastic number the other night and really showed the league what he could do when he is at 100%. Of course he was rocking the D Rose 5 Boost which you will be able to grab later this week. If you don’t want one of the launch colorways, you can hit up miadidas.com and design your own. There are options for the base, the midsole, the laces, and more, and you can also personalize them as long as its 6 characters or less. Pricing is $160. Finally, Kobe Bryant has been playing limited minutes in his return to the NBA after his injuries and Nike Basketball is supporting him full stop with a new colorway of the Kobe 9 Elite. Called restored, the model mixes black and volt on the upper as well as metallic gold on the Nike Swoosh and tongue. The color is inspired by Kobe’s return to the floor and a restored mindset focused on winning. Look for the Kobe 9 Elite Restored to release on on the 23rd for $225. Anyway, if you haven’t be sure to hit that subscribe button like the video and share it across the internets as Dallas Penn would say.
