Description

Here are some stretches for cyclist that will help your muscles from the cycling you do. The main muscles to stretch are in the lower body. But back and shoulder muscles need some attention, also. Be sure to stretch when your body is warm. Hold stretches for 15-30 seconds. Perform at least 10 repetitions with each leg. Focus on stretching your calves, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, abdominals & ITB (Iliotibial band)
