Description
Police has put a caveat against any person from accessing the monitor publications premises at Namuwongo. This follows futile attempts by the the monitor legal team to serve the police with a court order compelling the force to vacate the premisses. According to the monitor legal team, the refusal by police to receive a court order is in contempt of court. However police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba says the police Act allows the force to search a premises without a court order. We have the latest pictures from Namuwongo.
