Julia J Rucklidge, PhD is a Professor of Clinical Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand. About micronutrition: Truehope is a non-profit organization which supports those who prefer micronutrition over synthetic pharmaceuticals as a first line defense against mental illness. Julia Rucklidge has studied the role Truehope's flagship product, EMPowerplus plays in mental health over the course of many years and disusses it's importance in this educational TEDx talk.
