Description

In this video feature, five women are interviewed about their role as women in the ICT field. They are also asked how their role as women relates to the iSTEP (innovative Student Technology ExPerience) program and what it means to the greater context of men and women in these fields. The five women are: Corinne Clinch (iSTEP 2012 Software Developer and Carnegie Mellon Univ. Student), Yonina Cooper (iSTEP Associate Director and Carnegie Mellon University Faculty), Bernardine Dias (iSTEP Founder and Director and Carnegie Mellon University Faculty), Ayorkor Korshah (iSTEP 2012 Advisor and Ashesi University College Faculty) Maame Owusu-Acheaw (Longer Term Strategist and Ashesi University Student).
