It goes above and beyond the face-to-face. Regardless, if you're business to business or business to consumer, we grew up or I grew up that selling was either a. over the phone or b. it was face-to-face. You can kind of pick and choose based on your territory or what your comfort zone was. I was always a great face-to-face guy until I became so busy I had to be a phone guy. As technology has kind of evolved and has completely changed the way salespeople operate, social selling now allows us to connect and to share content and to cultivate relationships through the net or through social channels, which was never there in the past. It just gives us another way to communicate and to also touch prospects and customers that are way outside your geographic area which when I grew up in the sales world, you know if I couldn't drive to you, it wasn't going to happen.
