Tomo Nakayama is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and actor best known for his work with Seattle chamber pop band Grand Hallway and Lynn Shelton's Sundance film "Touchy Feely". In the spring of 2014 Tomo was invited by Town Hall to participate in their Artist Residency Program. Handed the keys to the 98 year old building and encouragement to create whatever he wanted, Tomo wrote and recorded an entire album's worth of songs. Created for the culminating performance of Tomo's residency, this video documentary by E Ryan McMackin shows a day in the life of the artist at work.
