Whether you make it like this or not, it is an extremely dependable recipe that you can prepare the night before for any occasion. Try it and you'll know what I mean ;) Total time: 5 min Egg Yolk batter + 5 min Egg White + 17 min Baking + = ~30min Cool, Fill & Chill BEAT 2 Egg Yolks 40g Sugar 30 ml Water 20 ml Oil SEIVE 40g Self raising flour 1/2 tsp Corn starch ADD Vanilla extract WHIP 2 Egg Whites White Wine Vinegar 30g Sugar ADD & COMBINE Egg Yolk batter + Egg Whites BAKE 150 degrees celcius for 17 min WHIP Whipping Cream DOLLOP Cream on cooled cake FOLD CHILL 6hrs - Overnight ENJOY My apologies for the plain background, my father was watching tv in the living room so I couldn't film there (dads).
