Friends.. Had the privelege to attend the Musical programme by German Orchestra Babelsburg performing the timeless classics of Maestro A.R.Rahman at Chennai in the presence of none other than Superstar Rajnikant. The GOD OF MUSIC & the EMPEROR OF WORLD CINEMA both were at a striking distance enjoying the musical evening along with their families. The German musicians enthralled the audience with masterpiece creations of the Maestro from films like Roja, Dil Se, Endhiran, Bombay, 127 Hours, Lagaan, Muthu, Kannathil Muthamittal etc. The highlight of the musical extravaganza was few excellent solo performance from Naveen Iyer with flute and Sitarist Asad Ali Khan. This Rahmania was graced by VIPs like Thottadharani, Maniratnam, Vairamuthu and many more. I have uploaded few of the renditions in youtube .Enjoyyyyyy..
