The day I did this quick time-lapse, it was a record breaking day for the Spokane Falls. The water was at the highest levels in a long time. It was very close to the bridges and you'd easily get soaked. I happened to be walking around with my timer and GoPro Hero 2 and did a quick time-lapse of the falls.
