Nature Sounds - Tranquil Music

Last weekend I sat on 400 million year old limestone rocks on the rocky Sligo coastline, watching this beautiful scene. As I watched the waves crashing against the rocks I found it very peaceful and relaxing. I decided to film it for you, so you can also have the opportunity to share the relaxing experience. Even though the sea at times is very powerful with crashing waves, there is also a great sense of calmness, tranquility and peace about it. These images of the ocean with the relaxing sound of the wind and the sounds of the sea can be used for healing meditation, specifically ocean meditation. Use this ocean relaxation with natures music as part of a stress relief inner healing programme. I filmed this beautiful scene on the rocky coastline of sligo in the northwest of Ireland.
