June 27 (Bloomberg) -- Greg Harper, president and founder of Harpervision Associates Inc., talks about the introduction of a new Android-powered tablet from Google Inc. According to two people familiar with the matter, Google will introduce a $199 tablet to compete with Apple Inc.'s iPad at the Google I/O conference today.
